Sudeley Castle

A truly regal experience...

The Gardens are now open, and they are also featuring a special feature between 12th April – 31st May: The mighty migration of life-size elephant sculptures begins at Sudeley Castle & Gardens.

Dig out those crowns and channel royalty at Sudeley Castle. Home to historic figures and incredible natural beauty, it’s a fabulous spot for a full day of family activities.

Begin at The Queen’s Garden. It’s one of ten award-winning gardens and was named for England’s queens who visited the original site, including Anne Boleyn and Elizabeth I. From there get lost in a large willow maze or visit rare and endangered birds at The Pheasantry. The huge wooden fort is exactly as cool as it sounds! Let kids burn off all their excess energy on a ten-piece assault course or flying down a zip wire in the adventure play park.

When the inevitable British rain makes an appearance, head inside the castle which has 1,000 years of history behind it -  learn more in one of their extensive exhibitions. Pay a visit to St Mary’s Church and then end up in their fantastic dressing up area. Plus there are family focused events all year round and every Wednesday during the school holidays hosts an event for kids.
